Our experienced, executive level business team utilise technical knowledge and partner relationships to develop business models that align the interests of all parties and accommodate the company’s risk / reward appetite - it is not a “one solution fits all” approach.

Developing A Solution

Diamond Energy utilises a structured, rigorous Staged Gate process to evaluate opportunities. Through each stage, the level of certainty of commercial assessment increases and the level commitment of parties increases.

We have developed a range of tools to assist with the Stage Gate process. As an example, Diamond Energy has an excel based spreadsheet, that enables any wastewater facility owner to complete a screening study and determine the potential Emission Savings and Economic return with moving to an anaerobic reactor design.
